Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") establishes the rules governing refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, rescheduling, and dispute handling for all products and services offered by Traveling Guns and Knives ("TGK," "we," "us," or "our"). This includes, without limitation, online retail merchandise, made to order products, training services, range bookings, events, memberships, digital products, promotional offers, and affiliate related sales.

This Policy is intentionally strict due to the nature of TGK’s operations, which involve regulated activities, scheduled experiences, limited capacity services, and custom or made to order merchandise. As such, exceptions are rare and granted solely at TGK’s discretion.

This Policy forms a binding part of your agreement with TGK and must be read in conjunction with TGK’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy and Cookie Policy. By completing a purchase, booking a service, or participating in any TGK offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.

2. General Policy Overview

Due to the nature of TGK’s products and services, including regulated activities, scheduled experiences, limited capacity offerings, and made to order merchandise, all sales are considered final unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by TGK. Refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits are not offered as a standard practice.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details prior to completing a purchase. This includes, without limitation, product selection, sizing, color, quantities, shipping information, booking dates and times, participant eligibility, and service descriptions. Errors or changes in preference after purchase do not create eligibility for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Completion of any purchase, booking, or transaction constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Policy and confirms that the customer has reviewed all relevant details prior to checkout.

TGK reserves the right to deny any return, refund, credit, or adjustment request that does not strictly comply with this Policy or that involves misuse, fraud, abuse, attempted circumvention of policies, chargeback activity, or violation of TGK’s Terms and Conditions.

3. Services, Training, and Bookings

All bookings for training sessions, range time, events, experiences, memberships, and services are non refundable once confirmed. This includes, without limitation, private instruction, group sessions, corporate bookings, special events, demonstrations, and limited capacity experiences.

TGK operates on a reservation based and capacity limited model. Once a booking is confirmed, TGK allocates staff, instructors, facilities, equipment, ammunition planning, and time slots specifically for that booking. For this reason, cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes do not automatically entitle the participant to a refund or credit.

Failure to attend a scheduled booking, late arrival, early departure, voluntary withdrawal, rule violations, safety related termination, or removal for non compliance does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, reschedule, or partial reimbursement.

Rescheduling requests may be considered solely at TGK’s discretion and subject to availability. Any approved reschedule may require advance notice, administrative fees, blackout dates, or other limitations determined by TGK. TGK is under no obligation to offer rescheduling and may deny requests without explanation.

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, unused services, perceived dissatisfaction, weather conditions, supply limitations, or changes made for safety, staffing, or operational reasons.

4. Ammunition and Consumable Items

All ammunition, consumable items, and range issued materials provided or sold by TGK are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or credit once issued, opened, or used. This includes, without limitation, live ammunition, spent casings, targets, eye and ear protection, and any other consumables associated with range or training activities.

Ammunition is a regulated product and may not be returned under any circumstances, regardless of condition, quantity remaining, or usage. Once ammunition is issued or made available to a participant, ownership and responsibility transfer immediately.

No refunds, credits, or substitutions will be provided for unused ammunition, perceived over allocation, under use, caliber substitutions, or session termination resulting from safety decisions, rule violations, equipment issues, or operational considerations.

5. Retail Merchandise and Accessories

All merchandise and accessories sold by TGK are produced on a made to order basis or fulfilled through third party production and logistics partners. As a result, all merchandise sales are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange for reasons including, but not limited to, sizing issues, color variation, buyer preference, or ordering errors.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, images, and order details prior to completing a purchase. Minor variations in color, print placement, or material texture may occur due to production processes and do not constitute defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered, you must contact TGK within seven days of delivery to request review. Requests submitted outside this timeframe may be denied.

To initiate a claim, you must provide clear photographs showing the item, packaging, and the specific issue. TGK will review the claim and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement or correction at no additional cost. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at TGK’s sole discretion when replacement is not feasible.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Replacement shipments are limited to correcting the original error and do not create eligibility for additional replacements, refunds, or future returns.

TGK reserves the right to deny claims involving normal wear, misuse, intentional damage, alterations, improper care, or evidence that the item was worn, washed, or modified.

6. Digital Products and Gift Cards

All digital products, downloads, online content, gift cards, vouchers, promotional credits, and electronically delivered materials sold or issued by TGK are non refundable and non returnable once issued, delivered, accessed, or redeemed.

Due to the immediate access and irreversible nature of digital delivery, no refunds, exchanges, replacements, or credits will be provided for digital products for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, accidental purchase, incompatibility, unused balance, or perceived dissatisfaction.

Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional credits have no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of digital products or gift cards is not the responsibility of TGK.

7. Promotions, Discounts, and Affiliate Sales

Purchases made using promotional codes, discounts, referral credits, gift vouchers, or affiliate links are subject to the same strict return and refund rules as standard purchases under this Policy. The use of a promotion or discount does not create additional refund rights or exceptions.

Promotional offers are applied at the time of purchase only and have no cash value. Discounts, credits, or incentives applied to an order will not be reissued, reinstated, or transferred if a purchase is cancelled, disputed, or otherwise deemed ineligible for a refund.

In the event a transaction is reversed, refunded, credited, or disputed for any reason, any associated affiliate, referral, or promotional commission may be withheld, reversed, or forfeited at TGK’s discretion. TGK reserves the right to investigate promotional or affiliate activity for misuse, abuse, self dealing, or policy violations.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute without first contacting TGK to attempt resolution may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bookings, denial of future services, and termination of any affiliate or promotional participation.

Chargebacks submitted in violation of this Policy or TGK’s Terms and Conditions may be treated as an abuse of payment systems. TGK reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and to provide transaction records, policies, communications, attendance logs, delivery confirmations, photographs, and other documentation to payment processors, card networks, or financial institutions.

Where a chargeback is resolved in TGK’s favor, TGK may recover associated fees, administrative costs, and losses to the fullest extent permitted by law. Repeated chargeback activity may result in permanent account restriction or denial of services.

9. Exceptions and Discretion

TGK may, at its sole and absolute discretion, grant limited exceptions to this Policy in rare and extraordinary circumstances. Any such exception must be expressly approved in writing by an authorized TGK representative.

An approved exception applies only to the specific transaction or circumstance for which it was granted and does not establish a precedent, waiver, or modification of this Policy for any other customer, purchase, or future transaction.

TGK’s decision to grant or deny an exception is final and non appealable. Failure to enforce any portion of this Policy in a particular instance shall not be construed as a waiver of TGK’s right to enforce the Policy strictly in all other cases.

10. Policy Updates

TGK reserves the unrestricted right to modify, revise, suspend, or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, services offered, or risk management practices. Updates become effective immediately upon posting with a revised effective or last modified date.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review this Policy prior to each purchase or booking. Continued use of TGK services, completion of transactions, or participation in offerings after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
